Customized to Your Specific Needs This is why we have implemented a system for burning cocoa bean shells. In the early stages of roasting, we divert the shells, which are then burned and converted into energy and ash. This energy is used for the debacterization and roasting of the cocoa beans. This process allows us to reduce CO2 emissions. |
